Berlin, March 2020: STAGETEC, the Berlin-based manufacturer of professional audio technology, is aware of its responsibility towards its employees and customers and is taking various measures to counteract the spread of the coronavirus due to the COVID 19 pandemic:
We have carried out extensive disinfection measures in our company building to reduce the risk of spread.
The majority of our employees are now working from home offices.
All employees who are unable to work from home due to the nature of their work work in individual offices or workshops, so that the risk of infection is minimized here.
Our production continues as normal, all orders are processed. Logistics for deliveries to customers and from suppliers are maintained without restrictions. Our ability to deliver is not affected.
Our technical support team is fully operational and continues to be available by phone and email from 8:00-17:00 CET.
Special customer contacts, such as factory delivery checks, will take place via video conference.
For customers with maintenance contracts, the services agreed upon there will of course continue to apply.
We hope that these precautions will protect us all in the best possible way and help to at least slow down the spread of COVID-19 virus.
