Sao Paulo, Brazil, November 2018: STAGETEC, the Berlin-based manufacturer of professional audio technology, is looking to expand its activities in Latin America and welcomes SDLive as a new distribution partner in Brazil. SDLive was founded in Sao Paulo in 2015 with the aim of offering professional audio installations to television and radio broadcasters as well as organizers of large live events. The new sales partner will distribute STAGETEC's entire product range in Latin America and provide technical support. Existing Brazilian customers such as SBT, Reda Bahia de Televisao and EPTV will also now be served by SDLive.
Pierre Maquea of the SDLive team is an engineer and consultant responsible for supporting STAGETEC products. He studied at the Institute of Audio and Video (IAV), the Souza Lima Institute and the School of Music and Technology (EM&T). Pierre Maquea has been gaining experience in the audio field for 10 years, specifically in studio project development, high-end audio system design and, more recently, broadcast audio integration. "It is always interesting to see the enthusiastic reactions of customers when they get to know STAGETEC's products," Pierre Maquea is pleased to say. "By partnering with STAGETEC, we have a wide-ranging portfolio and are therefore well equipped to meet the challenges of the Latin American market. We have the right product for every requirement."
The first project that STAGETEC and SDLive have implemented together is an extensive installation at Sistema Brasileiro de Televisao (SBT) in Sao Paulo.
