CRESCENDO platinum mixes in Siberia

Berlin, April 2017: Products from STAGETEC have well-known references in Russia, because they are very popular. A routing system with NEXUS and an AURUS console have been running in the Kremlin since 2001, and other systems mix in renowned theaters such as the Bolshoi in Moscow and the Alexandrinsky and Mariinsky in Saint Petersburg.

Now, STAGETEC has delivered two CRESCENDO platinum consoles and a NEXUS network to one of Russia's most important oil industry centers, Surgut. Here in Western Siberia, one of Russia's largest multifunctional concert and theater venues, the Neftjanik Palace of Arts, has been newly opened. Concerts, theater, shows and conferences are held on 50,000 square meters. The auditorium seats more than 1000 visitors. Here, a CRESCENDO with 48 faders ensures good sound. The second CRESCENDO with 32 faders is used for monitoring in the stage area or in the audio control room. The NEXUS network comprises the STAR router and five NEXUS Base Devices. The installation is complemented by the OMUX optical multiplexer, which connects portable devices. Additional peripherals, e.g., an OB van, can be connected to the NEXUS network via a MADI or Dante protocol.
