STAGETEC Establishes U.S. Subsidiary, Appoints Martin Kloiber as Chief Executive Officer

New Nashville headquarters strengthens regional presence and positions company for growth across broadcast, live production, and immersive audio markets

Nashville, TN — March 16, 2026 — STAGETEC today announced the official establishment of its U.S. subsidiary, STAGETEC North America Corp, with its registered office located at 3201 Dickerson Pike, Nashville, Tennessee 37207. The expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s global growth strategy, reinforcing its long-term commitment to customers and partners across the North American market.

As part of this development, STAGETEC has appointed Martin Kloiber as Chief Executive Officer of STAGETEC North America Corp. In this role, Martin Kloiber will lead the company’s regional operations and strategic direction, with a focus on expanding market presence across broadcast, live production, and immersive audio while strengthening customer relationships and partner networks.

Martin Kloiber brings decades of leadership experience in professional audio technology. Prior to joining STAGETEC, he served as Chief Product Officer at Apogee, where he led product strategy and innovation, working closely with engineering teams and the creative community to develop solutions that empower artists, producers, and engineers.

Earlier in his career, Kloiber served as Vice President of Audio and Strategy at Avid, where he led the company’s Audio Business Division. In that role, he oversaw the development and delivery of professional audio technologies used across music production, post-production, and broadcast environments worldwide.
He also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Euphonix, where he played a key role in advancing professional control technologies, including the development of the EUCON protocol.

With the establishment of its U.S. headquarters in Nashville, STAGETEC aims to further localize its operations, enhance customer support, and accelerate innovation tailored to regional market demands.
