3.1 Technical provision of the website
In order to provide you with a technically error-free website, certain data is processed, including in particular your IP address.
The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which consists in the error-free presentation of our website.
Your data will be forwarded to our web host. This is mediendesign Aktiengesellschaft für Informationsmanagement und Unternehmenskommunikation, Äußere Sulzbacher Str. 116, 90491 Nuremberg. We have concluded an order processing contract with this company. Data is not transferred to a third country. This technically necessary data is deleted after 7 days.
Website analysis, user tracking or similar does not take place.
3.2 Contacting the controller
You have the option of contacting us by email or using our contact form.
In doing so, we process the personal data that you transmit to us on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR if the contact serves to initiate a contract. If this is not the case, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which is the effective processing of your request.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties, nor will this data be transferred to a third country.
We delete this data once we have finally processed your request and there are no further retention periods (in particular under commercial and tax law) to the contrary.
3.3 Newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via the website. This is done by means of a so-called double opt-in. This means that after registering for the newsletter via our form, you must also confirm this registration via a link that we will send you by email.
The legal basis for this is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact us by email or use the unsubscribe function at the end of each newsletter.
We use a specialized service provider for this newsletter service. This is CleaverReach (CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede, Germany). To ensure the security of the processing, we have concluded an order processing contract with this service provider. Your data will not be transferred to a third country.
Your data will be deleted as soon as you unsubscribe from the newsletter or revoke your consent.

We have not integrated any social media plugins or similar on our website, but we do link to social media channels (e.g. by clicking on the corresponding social media graphics). Please note the data protection information of the respective providers:

You have the option of applying to us by e-mail. We will then review your personal data and documents to check your suitability for a position.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR in connection with the initiation of an employment contract.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties, nor will this data be transferred to a third country.
If you are not hired, we will store your application documents for a further 6 months. If further processing is necessary for the defense of legal claims, we store the data on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which is the defense of these legal claims.
5. Note: Automated decision-making including profiling does not take place.
