AURUS and NEXUS in the new Tabakov Theatre  //  Moscow,  Russia

PROJEKT

Moscow, November 2016: The newly built Tabakov Theatre in Russia celebrated its grand opening recently. This modern venue includes STAGETEC equipment. An AURUS with 32 faders ensures very high quality sound production and the theatre's rehearsal room is serviced by a 16 fader AURATUS console. A NEXUS STAR router and six NEXUS Base Devices supplementing the consoles are installed in various rooms around the theatre.

Convinced by the portfolio of users, the Tabakov Theatre managers opted for STAGETEC equipment. STAGETEC mixing consoles and router networks have proven their professional quality and reliability in Russia for many years. The first NEXUS routing system delivered to Russia has been operating successfully at the Kremlin since 2001. Other notable references include the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow and the Alexandrinsky and Mariinsky theatres in Saint Petersburg. "The high-quality analogue/digital and digital/analogue conversion, versatile I/O interfaces and superior audio signal processing were powerful reasons why the Tabakov Theatre opted for STAGETEC," commented Dmitry Butko, General Manager of the Russian distributor.

The theatre is named after the famous actor Oleg Tabakov. He is also the founder and current Artistic Director. Oleg Tabakov is a People’s Artist of the USSR, and in the USSR and Russian Federation State Spokesman.
