// OLED DISPLAYS ON EACH I/O FOR INDIVIDUAL LABELING

Each connector on the front panel is paired with a customizable OLED label display. These displays provide dynamic channel naming, signal identification, and parameter status, allowing engineers to immediately identify signal paths and assignments directly on the hardware. This enables instant channel recognition, accelerates setup and deployment, reduces manual labeling effort, and simplifies troubleshooting during operation – especially in fast-paced and complex production environments.

AXIO is available in three models – 8, 16 and 32 – each designed to scale with the requirements of your production. Where can users compare the different models? Without a comparison table or a link to detailed model specifications, it may be difficult for visitors to identify the most suitable axioconfiguration for their application.

// AXIO LOOP

The redundant fiber-optic network ties up to 10 AXIO devices into a single unified routing matrix – creating a truly distributed audio system. It enables distributed audio infrastructures with reduced cabling requirements, simplifies system design and allows seamless scalability as operational demands grow. Fully redundant by design, it ensures uninterrupted operation and maximum reliability for mission-critical applications.

// CONTROL SOFTWARE

Stagenet is the web-based control software, hosted directly on the hardware and accessible from any browser on your network. It provides a central environment for routing, monitoring, and device management across the entire system. With browser-based access from any workstation, engineers can configure, control, and supervise their infrastructure without installing software.

// 4-SPLIT MODE AND INDEPENDENT GAIN STRUCTURE

AXIO’s built-in 4-way digital mic splitting connects up to four consoles from a single microphone source – each with completely independent gain, routing and control. No passive splitters, no signal degradation, no added noise. This allows multiple workflows to operate simultaneously from the same input, such as FOH, monitors, recording, and broadcast, with each engineer maintaining full control over their own gain structure. The result is greater flexibility, simplified system design, and complete independence for every production workflow.

One of the key advantages of AXIO is the ability to perform microphone splitting digitally at the point of 32-bit microphone level, A/D conversion. AXIO can create four independent digital splits from a single microphone input without introducing noisy analog circuitry or increasing the impedance load on the microphone itself.

Engineers can apply independent processing parameters to each path, including digital gain, high pass filtering, polarity, and limiting while routing each split to different consoles or processing environments.

Control of these parameters can occur locally within the AXIO system, or remotely through third-party control protocols including OSC, Ember+ and Lawo HOME, allowing operators to manage their own gain structure without affecting other consoles.

TRUEMATCH® III MIC CONVERTERS

TrueMatch® III performs 32-bit microphone-level A/D conversion, capturing the signal directly at the microphone input before traditional analog gain staging occurs. By converting at mic level, the system preserves the full dynamic range of the microphone and eliminates the need for conventional analog preamps. With 163 dB of dynamic range, TrueMatch® III captures both extremely lowlevel signals and high-SPL sources within the same conversion architecture, delivering exceptional resolution and ultra-low-noise performance.

Beyond its technical advantages, TrueMatch® III changes audio workflows fundamentally. Because conversion occurs before gain is applied, multiple consoles and workflows can access the same source while maintaining independent gain structures—without affecting other operators. This ensures consistent signal quality across FOH, monitors, broadcast, recording, and production workflows.

The result is a simpler and more flexible system architecture compared to traditional analog splitting, with pristine signal integrity maintained from microphone input throughout the entire signal chain.

PROTOCOL-INTEGRATION

AXIO provides redundant AoIP connectivity through either Ethercon ports or fiber SFP. The format of these ports is selectable between Dante and ST-2110. Additional SFP ports provide connectivity for either AXIO Loop distributed routing or MADI I/O depending on the system configuration. Dual switched RJ45 control ports provide access to the control network for system management through Stagenet, as well as external control data from third-party consoles, devices or orchestrators.
