Belgrade, March 2017: Dirigent Acoustics was founded in 2007 by Dejan Todorović. Since then, the company has become a leading consulting and engineering firm for audio technology and acoustics in the region. Dejan Todorović, the managing director of Dirigent Acoustics studied at the University of Belgrade and has been working in the fields of audio engineering, acoustics and noise control since 2000. He taught at the Laboratory of Acoustics of the University of Belgrade and authored many scientific papers and textbooks. For nine years, Dejan Todorović gained experience at RTS Broadcasting in Belgrade as a systems engineering manager. The engineers of Dirigent Acoustics have experience in the implementation of diverse projects, ranging from simple analog systems to complex digital audio control rooms. Their references include the national broadcaster RTS and the Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade in 2008.
Dejan Todorović is the founder and organizer of the biennial TAKTONS International Conference trade show and is involved in the AES.
