STAGETEC and CP Communications form partnership at the Sports Video League Technology Summit
Atlanta, GA, January 4, 2010: With focus on remote sports production techniques and practices, last year’s League Technology Summit held by the Sports Video Group in December in NYC was well attended by the who’s who in sports broadcasting. Not only was it a great day for industry veterans and newcomers to mingle, but it also enabled two well known entities to build a partnership that will benefit sports production in the years to come.
CP Communications has earned a reputation for relevant solution based services and integrity towards delivery and STAGETEC is well known for creating dependable, innovative routing and mixing platforms. ESPN, as example, benefits from CP Communications services extensively and are owners of the largest STAGETEC NEXUS routing systems in the US. Now they and other broadcasters can take advantage of STAGETEC equipment through CP for their remote productions. Part of the offering will include STAGETEC consoles and NEXUS STAR router systems in CP trailers that will be purpose built for sports broadcasting.
STAGETEC will supply digital 5.1 mixing platforms using the CRESCENDO and AURUS surfaces coupled with the NEXUS STAR router, which include SDI, HD & 3GHD Embedders & de-Embedders, Dolby-E and infinite number of MADI distribution that only STAGETEC delivers.
