09-nexus-02The basic idea is as simple as it is effective: Optical lines installed throughout the production premises transfer all audio and control data on the digital level.

The studios, control rooms, machine rooms, stages, etc., are fitted with NEXUS base devices linked to one another via optical cables.
Those units provide all required I/Os resources in the appropriate formats and via standardized sockets.

Graphic control software allows for routing any input to any output, irrespective of where the physical ins and outs are located.

The EIA 1~15U-high Base Devices are supplied with all I/O format and socket types the client requests.
