Base Device

The NEXUS STAR Base Device is designed as a 19“ mainframe for NEXUS boards and contains the TDM-bus system, controller boards, and power-supply units. Optional redundant power-supply units are available on request. Interface boards are implemented as requested.

• 2 to 4 backplane power-supply units (including up to 2 redundancy units), system-specific configuration

• 21 slots available (16 I/O-board slots)
