Operating NEXUS with buttons and encoders: Using the NEXUS XCI communication-interface board and client-specific operating panels allows customized solutions to be implemented for quick and easy control — in particular, for inexperienced users.

Desktop or installation panels with keys, encoders, matrix displays, and arc indicators can be used as an alternative or in addition to the graphical user interface. The communication boards control the panels and at the same time serve as intelligent interfaces to the NEXUS system.
