Successful Days at Frankfurt

Presentation of new and proven MEDIAGROUP products for theatre and live sound at Prolight+Sound

Frankfurt, 15 March 2008: For the first time ever, SALZBRENNER STAGETEC MEDIAGROUP presented almost their entire range of products at this year’s Prolight+Sound. Like the year before, an AURUS digital mixing console was the main attraction at the stand. The exhibited unit was a touring version featuring a robust optical multicore cable housed in a flight case. It was exactly the AURUS that had confirmed its class as sound-reinforcement console at the famous International Burghausen Jazz Week just a few days before.

In addition to live-sound reinforcement, the MEDIAGROUP focussed on products for use at theatres. The TRIAGON mixing console specifically designed for theatre and sound-reinforcement applications as well as the PANTURA modular ELA system indicated directions.

The exhibition also saw two brand-new MEDIAGROUP products: the MediaControl cross-device control unit and the PlayOut network-based audio/video-replay system. Both of them had already been implemented on a large scale at the new BMW Welt distribution and convention centre.

Of course, managing director of the SALZBRENNER STAGETEC MEDIAGROUP Stephan Salzbrenner is highly delighted about the successful days at Frankfurt: “Our extensive range of products aroused considerable interest among the visitors,” says he. “Both our traditionally strong position in the theatre market and our latest developments in the areas of touring and sound reinforcement have contributed to this achievement.”
