50 Years of MEDIAGROUP: 1963 - 2013

geb-salziExactly 50 years ago, in 1963, Friedrich Salzbrenner established his workshop for sound-system maintenance and repair and laid the foundation of what has become a global business. In the past five decades, the company has developed into a stable group of companies specialising in the pro-audio business. Today, the SALZBRENNER STAGETEC MEDIAGROUP has 15 branch offices and around 20 sales partners worldwide. 25 Years of DELEC: 1988 - 2013

2013 01-delec-com3DELEC Audio- und Videotechnik also has reason to celebrate this year: In June 2013, it is the25th anniversary of Donald Dilocker founding the company. He recognised the immense need for paging and intercom technology very early on and built his business steadily into the globally reknowned manufacturer of digital intercom and communication technology we know today.
In 2002 the company was incorporated into the SALZBRENNER STAGETEC MEDIAGROUP. Today, DELEC products are to be found in prominent installations in outside broadcast and tv production generally, as well as in theatres and – thanks to the launch of the new NAM product series – also in any type of public address system ranging from platform announcements in railway stations to PA systems in zoos, parks and similar locations. 20 years of Stage Tec 1993 - 2013

stagetec-geburtstagEarly in July 2013, the Stage Tec Entwicklungsgesellschaft (Research and development company) will be 20 years old. Reason enough for a big summer party which also gives us the opportunity to inaugurate the new extension. The company premises by the river Spree will grow to a total of more than 4000 square meters.
“Nowadays, we are working in parallel on several products and need more staff and offices as well as appropriate labs and testing rooms”, said Dr Helmut Jahne, head of development and one of the executive directors of STAGETEC.  Supported by the Salzbrenner family as a strong partner, 13 graduate engineers founded the business as a form of employee-owned company.
